Business Plan Development
Health Integration Partners creates business plans through extensive interviewing and data collection from the organization’s administrators and providers of care, as well as architects, statisticians and potential investors. Business planning can be done in stages;
The information provided results in a five year plan that identifies all components of the operations that can easily be converted into budgeting.
Independent Consulting
Health Integration Partners provides independent analysis and reporting of existing or planned services. We complete onsite analysis and operations review for post-acute care services. A report of the findings is provided, with recommendations of action plans and expected results. This service is provided on a per diem or retainer method.
Benchmarking from our database is used to help the Health System or physician group ascertain how their facility operations are doing in comparison to others. Health Integration Partners provides reliable data with measurable objectives for improvement in the financial and operational aspects of the service. Action plans are presented that can be followed by administration.
Operations Management
Health Integration Partners can be contracted to provide continued oversight of the operations of services in an integrated approach. The company works with the senior hospital administration to provide oversight management and report key performance indicators to the organization.
Such ongoing services include monthly analysis of operation with comparison to "benchmarking" with other managed facilities. Further development and integration of services often is completed as part of this process as well.
These contracts are usually a minimum of 18 months. This allows enough time to make the necessary changes identified by Health Integration Partners.
Pre-Opening Management
Health Integration Partners provides ongoing management for the project from the point of board approval through six months after opening. The work performed during this time frame includes:
